X5 POWERACADEMY

Academy · Level five

Chief energy engineer

The person defines the overall task, makes decisions and owns the result. AI agents and the team support research, calculations, verification and knowledge retention. The person’s readiness is assessed separately.

Build the energy basis of life. Transform a working system. Carry a new idea through to an operating result.

Three capabilities

01

Create from the start

The Arctic, Antarctica, the Himalayas, Putorana, the Moon and Mars. Energy, water, air, food, heat, light, communications, transport and production form one system.

Evidence: starting resources, commissioning, balances, autonomy, repair and capacity to grow.

02

Transform a system

Improve reliability and net economic performance of an operating asset. Include investment, operations, service quality, equipment life and risk.

Evidence: comparable before-and-after data, a reproducible effect calculation and personal contribution.

03

Think and implement

Connect energy with life, knowledge and organisation. Identify constraints, develop alternatives and assemble the people needed to deliver.

Evidence: a testable hypothesis, alternatives, an implemented solution and transfer of experience.

How readiness is verified

Explain the meaning. Apply knowledge under changed conditions. Check the answer independently. State the limits. Present the result.

  1. Diagnosis

Present existing work and solve an unfamiliar problem.

  2. Credit knowledge

Credit what is demonstrated and identify specific gaps.

  3. Work on a mission

Build the model, compare alternatives and test the solution.

  4. Independent review

Defend your contribution, limitations and result. Identify the next step.

ConceptCalculationTestOperationReplication

A stage describes a specific claim. A lunar or Martian settlement design retains its project status until appropriately tested.

Support and knowledge updates

A knowledge map, error reviews, primary sources and tasks selected by the learner’s gaps. Weekly updates keep knowledge current; monthly register reviews add practical examples. These intervals do not prescribe a learning pace.

Documented qualifications

A portfolio of solutions and an independent review record provide evidence of competence. The programme covers the scope and limits of CEM, CMVP and CEng. Issuer requirements must be checked separately. The Academy does not award these qualifications.

Comparison and evidence

Methodology 0.2 records three distinct profiles: creation, transformation and thinking. Comparisons identify mission conditions, personal responsibility, results and evidence quality.

Compare like-for-like missions. Study hours, learning speed and the number of diplomas do not determine the assessment. No overall world positions have been assigned.

The initial register supports evidence collection. An award is a reason to study achievements; it does not establish superiority across the three capabilities. This public edition is a dated snapshot. An independent review panel has not yet been formed.

Documents and materials

The full documents are in Russian. Programme 2.0 and methodology 0.2 are aligned. The public register is dated 28 September 2026.
