XPower Agency, X5 Power and SpaceBank work within the Echelon Group programme. The shared task is to establish and sustain infrastructure for life where it must be built from the ground up, and apply that experience on Earth.
Roles
XPower Agency designs energy systems for new habitats, acquires technology and rights, structures inversion programmes and develops operators. The long-term horizon includes a lunar base, a self-sustaining city on Mars, spacecraft and distant missions.
X5 Power develops the fifth group: food, water, heat, transport and communications infrastructure. It offers an operator franchise and runs inversion agreements as co-pilot. The hypernetwork connects energy, material flows, logistics, data, computing and settlement. Banks, education, offices and homes enter the programme according to their value to the population.
SpaceBank develops tokenization, financing and settlement to scale transactions. Its strategic goal is an orbital market for energy, money and capital. Practical work begins with terrestrial assets and contractual cash flows.
Method
The archives of Nikola Tesla and other researchers, current science and operating data form the knowledge base. Each solution requires source checks, calculation and testing. Intelligence connects disciplines; superintelligence is the system's target level. Academies train and retrain agents. People set goals, check material decisions and carry responsibility. Model authors: Alexey Ananin and the Echelon Group.
Inversion
A site develops the ability to produce useful resources, sustain its functions and earn revenue. Energy balance, autonomy and financial performance are calculated separately. People and the biome define system requirements; reserve, repair and preservation of life set design constraints. Intelligence is assessed through verified growth in net profit while meeting those constraints.
Geography and public mission
Earth is a laboratory. Work covers selected territories in an extended BRICS+ geography and other countries, including individual projects in the Americas. Contracts define the actual scope. Comparisons with outside sites require a specific method. Population health and the security of essential services form a separate programme delivered without remuneration. Strategic goals set the direction of development; readiness is established for each solution.
