The X5 Power franchise is for energy companies, owners of site networks and teams ready to take operating responsibility. We begin with one site, verify its economics, establish operations and then expand the network.
What the partner receives
Inversion methods, procedures for working with site owners, intelligence tools, learning materials and contract templates. We help train the team and launch the first project.
The agreement lists licences, access, updates and support. Brand rights and territorial terms are agreed separately.
Operator responsibilities
The operator secures site access, appoints responsible people and arranges qualified maintenance. It respects equipment limits, preserves data, keeps financial records and substantiates results with measurements. It trains people and agents and prepares for an eventual handover.
Each new site follows an agreed acceptance process. Sites form a network that can share energy, resources, data and services. We call this model a hypernetwork.
Allocating results
We agree on a share of verified financial benefit. One schedule shows the shares of the site owner, local operator, X5 Power and financing participants.
Before launch, we also agree what happens to licences, data, equipment and outstanding obligations when a partner leaves the franchise.
