## Building and transforming energy systems
For a territory, country, group of countries or autonomous settlement. We design energy, heat, water, computing and communications architecture, organise participants and stage delivery. The brief defines geography, authority, asset access and financing.

## Technology and operators
We acquire and evaluate solutions and help partners launch new activities. We provide agreed methods and rights, prepare people and agents and support implementation. The fifth-group operator franchise is covered by the X5 Power proposal.

Remuneration depends on verified financial results. Parties define its basis, timing and verification before work starts. A short statement of work fixes each stage's deliverables and boundaries.
