Code, name, version, date, readiness stage and responsible person. Asset and location. Owner, rights holder, debtor, beneficiary and service providers. Governing law and eligible participants.

## Right
Basis, scope, unit, term, transfer restrictions, payment priority, security and termination conditions. Contract reference and proof of authority. Duplicate-accounting prevention.

## Economics and settlement
Payment source, formula, currency, dates, costs, remuneration, tax and adverse scenario. Settlement provider, proof of performance, corrections and dispute procedure.

## Evidence and availability
Measurements, baseline, model version, independent review and data gaps. Status: research, model, test, contracted implementation or operation. Mark required permissions and participants as confirmed or pending. Responsible sign-off and next review date.
