X5 Power welcomes proposals in the areas below and for related systems. We are interested in equipment, software, technologies, patents, licences, research and engineering services.

Send proven products, prototypes and developments that need a testing site. A brief description is enough to start: the problem you solve, what has been achieved and your proposed terms. No prescribed presentation format is required.

We are ready to discuss technical details directly with developers, review calculations and arrange trials where feasible. Solutions with verified results can be improved, deployed and scaled together.

X5 Power prioritises stores, distribution centres and operating infrastructure. Autonomous and space systems are considered within the wider XPower programme.

## 26. Discount and markup: second and third margins
Energy supplied at a discount or special price, with additional margin layers from attributes, demand response, capacity and reserve, useful heat, computing or other proposed uses.

Show the entire chain: the source of the discount, each additional product and buyer, costs, timing of revenue and allocation of results. Identify the first, second and third margins and demonstrate that combined revenues do not count the same result twice.

## How proposals are reviewed
1. Initial contact: a brief description and a person available for technical discussion.
2. Working discussion: the task, solution readiness, evidence and expected result.
3. Where a suitable site and resources are available: agree on trials, budget, timing, responsibilities and success criteria.
4. Based on the results: a supply, development, licence, service or joint deployment agreement.

Comparable ready-to-supply products are quoted against the same scope. Prototypes are assessed for their verification programme and cost to reach deployment. Technical performance, total ownership cost, reliability, compatibility, timing, support and scalability are considered.

## What to send
State the area, task, readiness, measured or operational results and site requirements. Include descriptions, links, diagrams or video you can share. For research, state the hypothesis, verification programme and success criterion.

For supply-ready solutions, quote scope and quantity, price, currency and taxes, installation, licences and maintenance, delivery time, warranty and price validity. Where possible, separate pilot, single-site and rollout costs. For development, provide a budget and milestones.

You may propose purchase, rental, licensing, services, joint development or payment for agreed results. Development rights remain with their owner; any transfer is agreed separately. Confidential materials are shared after confidentiality terms are agreed.

## Working procedure
Proposals are accepted as they become ready. This page invites proposals and preliminary quotations. Each specific procurement separately defines the contracting party, scope, quantity, budget, dates and selection procedure. Publication or receipt of a proposal alone creates no obligation to contract or pay for trials.
