This protocol records the experimental Genesis RWA that reflects the base economic underlying of X5 Power. It is a registry and verification object, not a fundraising instrument or a promise of profit.
Underlying, AUM and payment rights are distinct layers. They describe different relationships to the same system and must not be mechanically added.
One non-transferable Genesis Object is registered. Quantity 1 means one root digital object for one defined economic perimeter; it does not mean one share or a claim for the reference value.

Every derived instrument must trace back to a distinct right and collateral atom. The same atom cannot be encumbered twice.

A regulated or transferable instrument may only be created after the relevant evidence and legal gates are passed.
